Total Solutions Direct Ltd are market leaders in the working at height and height safety systems industry.  Since its inception, TSDL has grown organically, predominantly through referral, this is a testament to the high standards we work to and the level of satisfaction our clients feel when we have completed our works.

TSDL established as a Rope Access Company has grown successfully year on year and are at the forefront in the working at height industry and lead the way in the development of safer and more efficient working practices. A small example of clients that our experienced management have worked with are, Sabic(Huntsman), BAE Systems, Conoco, BP, PX Power, British Energy, EDF, Shell, Drax and many more, for many of whom we have acted as consultants as our clients recognise that our knowledge, advice and skills not only generate a much more cost effective way of working but also significantly quicker and providing a much safer working environment.

As TSDL has expanded to meet client needs the permanent labour force of skilled and qualified operatives has increased to fulfil that requirement.  To encourage this growth TSDL has invested in the development of internal controls which are overseen by our Contracts Managers.

At TSDL we welcome challenge, not only in finding innovative solutions to the problems of constructing and maintaining tall or unusual structures but also the challenge of meeting our customer’s highest expectations of the work we do for them.  In line with meeting these expectations TSDL ensure that all there operatives receive the best possible training – not only in the safe and effective use of the specialist equipment we use, but also in understanding our clients needs.

Traditionally at TSDL we have specialised in Training of Rope Access Operatives and Site Inspection Services, however over the past few years we have gathered much experience and are now able to offer varied services both onshore and offshore in :-

Rope Access Training (IRATA), Inspection Services, Engineering Serices, Building Maintenance and Fabric Maintenance, Geotechnical Services and Specialist Insulation, Painting and Cleaning Services.
